Lumis AIOS Setup is free to use worldwide. Email is the support channel for the plugin and its first two layers.
Getting started
Get Lumis AIOS Setup and ask it to help you install Context OS and Data OS. If you have already started, tell it where you got to so it can help you resume. Our AIOS overview explains what is included.
What to include in a support request
- Your operating system, AI tool and plugin version, if known.
- Whether you are setting up Context OS or Data OS, and the last step that worked.
- What you expected, what happened, and any relevant error message.
Remove personal or confidential information from screenshots and logs. Never email passwords, API keys, access tokens, credential files or your full business database. Enter credentials only in the local files specified by the setup instructions.
Privacy and data requests
Email jackson@golumis.com.au to ask about information held by Lumis, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Describe your request without sending sensitive records.
Information stored in your own workspace is under your control. For data held by your AI platform or connected services, use that provider's privacy controls or support channel. See our privacy policy for details.
Free setup and additional services
The plugin, starter templates and guidance for Context OS and Data OS are free from Lumis. Third-party subscriptions and API usage may cost extra. Any consulting or custom implementation has a separate scope and price agreed before work begins. Use is subject to our terms of service.
